Thank you JBA, Thats what I was thinking, Just couldn't find any marks without the crown, The rest of it looks the same. Thank you for the replies, and help. I see that with the date mark now, I didn't even think to look at the marks that old. Now I just need to figure out the makers mark. They really are beautiful pieces, and im floored that they are almost almost 300 years old. We believe they were a wedding gift to...

I have been trying to figure out where these were made and by whom. We believe that these were my wife's Grandmothers, From what I can tell they have, the standard mark, the City stamp as London, But what I am confused about is I am not sure of the makers mark or the date mark, I know the date mark ...
