Here is a regulations for receipt and delivery of work sheet used by the Assay Office at Goldsmiths hall, London. It is dated January 1st 1954. The second sheet showing costs for the services provided.

Now u say I think it could be Trev, that part of the mark is rubbed. There is a definite pellet between the letters. If i'm reading your thinking - B Lumsden? I convinced myself the fiddle pattern of the spoon would put it outside the dates I thought he worked.

I am guessing unlikely but Trev's link above mentions another Constable with these initials. Would Margaret Constable possibly had her own mark after taking over Williams Business?
