I believe it is marked “D.D.R. Ormsby” for Daniel Ormsby, a New York Silversmith.

Mystery 3-pronged Sterling handle
I have 2 of these 3-pronged items. The first is about 3 5/8” and the second is about 4”. Both are marked Sterling with no makers mark. They are both also marked Patent Mar 16, 1898.
