possible 18th/19th C German mark?
Hi, I have come across this mark consisting of the 12 loth along with what appears to be "AG" (maybe?), no apparent city mark. I can't seem to find a city or maker's mark consistent with this. Any insight is appreciated. Unsure if this is a pseudo mark or an antique German or Prussian mark...

Russian Silver Button/Coat Ornaments?
Hi, I have two overall puzzling pieces. They were given to me as "Hungarian Coat Ornaments" so I have decided to put them in the jewelry forum, however, I am not certain of their purpose. This piece is about 2.75in (Height) x 2.00in (Width) x 2.00in (Depth). Aside from the purity mark (875...

Moscow Russian Niello Cigarette Case
Hello, I have this beautiful niello cigarette case. I am trying to ID the maker. I understand it is .875 silver (minimum standard), Moscow city mark with the assay mark for Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks and the year 1895. The maker's mark is similar to that of Ivan Sveshnikov (years make sense), however,...

875 Silver and Enamel Fork
Hi again, Curious if anyone can help me out with the following fork. I know this is the hammer and sickle mark. The other mark appears to be Л, possibly for Leningrad? I'm guessing the other mark of "ЗЛЮ" is the maker's mark? Any help is appreciated. https://s29.postimg.org/mho93f4uv/pic1....

Russian Napkin Ring
Hi all, I have the napkin ring below with a few mysterious marks. I know the last mark is the first Kokoshnik mark. I cannot, for the life of me, find the remaining marks. Any help is appreciated. https://s30.postimg.org/sjva5dqy9/ring.jpg https://s30.postimg.org/5jomt1t4h/ringmark.jpg Thank you!

Possible Persian Silver Mark on Jewelry Clasp
Hello, Unfortunately, I only have one photo to offer of this mark. The mark is on a bracelet clasp. The top marks appear to be the number "141" from what I can tell, however, I may be wrong. The closest I came to the bottom was the possibility of it saying "Rida", a known silvers...
