Modernist Sterling Bowl
The only mark on this sterling bowl is Sterling 925. The Modernist style reminds me of Georg Jensen. Any guesses on the identify of the maker or date of manufacture? The diameter is about 9.25" Thanks! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/414014039.jpg http://pic20.picturetrai...

Silver spoon marked Aubert
This spoon has the Minerva mark and the name Aubert in a lozenge on the handle rather than the bowl as is customary with French articles. That is confusing me. Also, I haven't found this "Aubert" mark before either. There is also a mark on the front of the handle but I'm not sure if it is ...

French Silver Plated fish set
Can anyone identify or date this set of 12 forks and fish knives? I believe they are French. The photo of the mark is the clearest one I could get. Thanks!

Is it possible that it may be Old Sheffield Plate?

Re: Unknown mark on candelabra
That's what I thought originally but it's not really an exact match. There's no oval around it either. Thanks so much!

Unknown mark on candelabra
The only mark I have been able to find on these looks like a beehive? or maybe pineapple? Not even sure what the mark is a picture of. Anybody here recognize it? Thanks, as always! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/413323911.jpg http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/2450...

I think I have seen this mark before but I totally forgot what it is. I think it may be Russian or Polish. Help, please!

18" tall Art Nouveau Silver Plated Vase
This large vase seems like it should have been marked. The only mark is a number (37?). Is there any way to identify this beauty? Thanks! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/412933379.jpg http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/412933380.jpg http://pic20.picturetrai...

Dutch miniature tray with sword mark
The tray and two containers are marked with the sword mark. The tray also has a mark of BRV12. What does that mean? Is it a maker or a city? Also do you think the 2 containers are for salt and pepper? The lids open. Thanks! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/412667586.jpg http://...

Re: German Tea Set marked Sterling Silver 925 Handarbeit
Well, I am totally surprised but that was oxidation and it did come off! The tray alone weighs 4 lbs. 12 oz. I am truly shocked that this set is completely sterling silver. My friend will be thrilled! Any way to date it? Thanks again! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1201/4557023/24500655/412666564....
