French 18th century gold-mounted glass box

Please could someone help with the marks on the box below. There are two sets of marks, one to the outer rim and the other to the inner. I've been wading around the minefield of French hallmarks and think I'm looking at Paris in the late 18th century (the hand to the far right) and the leaf (discharge mark 1780s). As for the rest I'd love some help. I take the marks from the inner rim to be the maker's marks???
