Re: The image of the coat-of-arms
The coronet of eleven pearls appears to be the crown of a Swedish baron: Friherrlig. The shield appears to be three flowers rising from the ground: Tre blommor uppväxande från mark. The Swedish text is beyond my expertise, perhaps someone could take it from here. Kind regards, Nobility House.

Thank you very much for the answer.
How old it could be? When it was made?

Go back to the Home page on this website, click on World Marks and the drop down menu for Russian marks. This will help date it from the assay marks on your spoon.

The picture is gone so one can't be of direct help there, but the motto is "three flowers rising from the ground"
