Dutch silver hallmarks?
Re: Dutch silver hallmarks?
Hello,These photos are not from an auction site, only of the site which is preparing to auction photos. Sorry, but I don't know how can I insert pictures on the forum otherwise.
Re: Dutch silver hallmarks?
Hi, herewith some tips & tricks for uploading images.
How to Add Images
Posting Requirements
http://www.postimg.com is recommended. Embedded images get a far greater response than just posting links.
Remember to use the 'Preview' button before submitting your post.

Hi,
Only one item per topic, I may assume the images you are showing are of one and the same object, and the three marks are on the this object. Not Dutch but perhaps pseudo marks.

Re: Dutch silver hallmarks?
Thank you, it is the work of Spanish goldsmith. An ember bowl of Damian de Castro - Cordoba (Spain)... XVIII centry
Re: Dutch silver hallmarks?
Hi, thanks for sharing the information.
Cordoba, silversmith Damian de Castro, his personal hallmark is the name CAS TRO divided in two parts and included within a square, for more information see:
http://www.silvercollection.it/windowember.html
Perhaps the other unknown mark could be the shield with tree and bear or animal for Madrid.
