I have a two tier candy or serving tray that I know was made in Germany by a stamp on the rim. It appears to likely be silver plate but I was unable to locate any easily identifiable markers marks or hallmarks outside of some "crude" circular stamps. They appear to be nothing more than a bulls eye with a indented outer circle and a raised inner dot.
One the bottom tier of the circular tray their are two within an inch of each other and on the upper tray their is a lone " bulls eye and a second stamp over stamp almost forming an 8 or two interlinking circles.
With the equipment I have its nearly impossible to get actual pictures but created similar images since the ones on the plate are pretty simplistic.

Any help in identifying the age or manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Circular/Bullseye Halmark?
Hello,
The description of the marks sounds more like that they are the results of manufacturing technique rather than identifying the maker, but we cannot be sure without photos.
