Your bangle is made in Cairo, Egypt.Silver fineness is .900.Date letter in Arabic. Will try to decipher it.

Roman letters were used prior to 1940, the last Roman letter being P for 1939/1940.
For a non Arabic speaker it`s difficult to decipher date letters, sometimes being different only in the position of dots or the curve of loops. The issue is further complicated by the reuse of same letters.
The closest image of date letter seen in the bangle is for year 2002-2006, but the same letter was used for 1949/1951.

AG2012 has provided you with the main information your bangle's hallmarks convey - Cairo Assay Office, 900 silver, but the date letter in the hallmark was used from October 1989 to Sept. 1990.
