Hi Everyone, thanks again for taking a look. I have an item I just bought and after 1 hour of looking, I can't seem to identify the maker.

Any expert eyes would be appreciated!

I got this at the goodwill, and there are a lot of Indian people in my neighborhood, so it fits.
