A&C Gemstone Ladle Hand-Hammered Sterling Silver

A real mystery here, but this is the best Arts & Crafts piece I have ever found, a Gemstone Ladle with wire-wrapped and hand-hammered elements, most likely circa 1900-1910 when there was a "Gothic Revival" period in America, but this thing looks downright Medieval if you ask me, something right out of "Game Of Thrones" or an esoteric religious Baptismal ceremony?

There are no hallmarks, no "STERLING" and no "925" which is strange given the good quality, the pink stone and the two green stones are unidentified:

Pics are a bit fuzzy on my phone, but to my eye, this looks more like a relatively modern artisan piece made using silver sheet (where is the wire-wrapping?)...

I looked closely and the one part which looks like wires is just cut-sheet work, you are right, and yes perhaps this piece is more modern than 1900 maybe 1970s would be a better guess....

Oh well, the search continues for a really good Arts & Crafts piece of silver....
