TH 800 Unknown

I wonder if anyone can assist with the maker, origin and date of this piece, a very attractive dish/plate which measures 288mm in diameter.

It is marked TH 800, I am thinking its possibly Yogya but can anyone say for certain .

Yes you are correct in your thinking that it is Yogya. The makers mark is well known, but as is still mostly the case, an actual identification hasn't been made. Your mark can found on list of Yogya makers marks in the below link.
