It is fake. This mark is often found on pseudo Judaica items.

Does your spoon look like these? All these are fakes - fake spoons, fake coins, fake marks. All these are from China.

its not mine - i saw it at a danish site, the owner asked what the early 17hundreds coin was.
Everybody (else) agreed that the coin would be a cast one.
I did not partisipate as I assumed it to be a complete fake. So I took the hallmark and posted.
I cannot link to the facebook page as it a closed group discussing coins. (one has to be a member).
I have no idea of russian silver - except that I dont know anything. But I was convinced that this was a fake.
Here is the spoon - very similar to yours.
