Exactly the same cranberry duck decanter has Czechoslovakia stamped inside the spout. Without well defined and legislated Czech silver marks, it is obviously plated base metal. Yours has 950 stamped, though.
Another identical example is stamped B.Altman & Co. They were well known importers of Continental glass & china in late fifties, so Czechoslovakia makes sense. Wrongly described elsewhere as ‚‚ Austria 1905‚‚
