I have a really lovely pair of Chinese Export enamelled silver napkin rings. I was hoping for some help with the makers, date and any history known about them. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and time.

The mark is "RUN JI 潤記 [jyutping JEON GEI]; a Canton-based workshop
The retailer mark is not "UN"; it's "WH" for Wang Hing & Co
