Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any info on this maker? or information on the time period this was likely made to help my search?
Bug pin marked Secret(t?) 14k
Re: Bug pin marked Secret(t?) 14k
Did you look into Giardini Secreti or Segreti? (Both spellings come up for the same current designer for some reason.)
Re: Bug pin marked Secret(t?) 14k
Could be the line Giardini Segreti of Pasquale Bruni.See here:

And here:
(admin edit - see Posting Requirements )
The brooch lacks Italian marks, though, even 14 K is suspicious.
This is an example of full marks by Pasquale Bruni:

Thanks for the replies!
I found a jeweler based out of Toronto established in 1957 called "Secrett of Toronto". It appears to be a smaller jeweler but was originally relatively high end.
Would it be unreasonable thought that a smaller firm would make something like this?
As always, thanks for your thoughts.

“Secrett” of Toronto is much better candidate; lacking Italian marks and 14 k.
The last letter T in word Secrett looks like capital I because there was no room for it when the punch was applied.

I agree with Secrett. Victor Secrett in Toronto advertised designing and creating jewelry.
Re: Bug pin marked Secret(t?) 14k
I think we have found our most likely maker.
Thanks as always for your help.
