Napkin Ring Maker's Mark

Hi! I am trying to decipher the maker's mark on this 1909 Birmingham napkin ring. The mark seems to be worn and I just can't work it out. Perhaps someone has seen something similar?

This hallmark was entered in Sheffield Assay Office (1894)
London, Birmingham, Sheffield.
