Reference Books for Bermuda & West Indies ?

Would anyone know of any reference books for early silver (1700's-1800's) from Bermuda & West Indies? I know there is "Made in Bermuda", but are there any other books which show makers and their marks for the various other locations that comprise this area ?

Thank you. Is there a book for that general area... all of the islands in that region? My search has turned up nothing so far but someone must have put something together. There are mentions here of various smiths from various islands... but the photos are gone and many I've never seen listed anywhere else before.
