Assay and Maker Marks

Dad, you may be right, but marks "84" with a short tail were occasionally seen in the early 1830s.
I assume that at the end of 1832 Leonty Kaminsky finished working as an assayer, but Mikhail Karpinsky had not yet returned to his workplace. There was an urgent need for a temporary assay tube. Why not Mitin?

auf Bild 3 A.M und darunter Jahr 85 , könnte also heißen 185x (1850-1859)
also kann es ja dann nur der A.Moor sein.
die Pokale sind 20cm hoch und 7cm breit.
Gewicht 198g und 206g

on picture 3 A.M and below the year 85, so it could mean 185x (1850-1859)
so it can only be A.Moor.
the cups are 20cm high and 7cm wide.
Weight 198g and 206g
should i clean it properly? and preferably with what?

There are commercial silver polishers (cleaners), but do not use abrasives. There are liquid cleaners to be used with very soft cloth.
