Hello, everyone.
I would like to ask for your help in identifying the maker of this decorative silver plate - maker's mark K.W. At the same time I would like your opinion on the scene itself - I have been looking for fauns in the female version with hooves, but have not found anything. Have you ever come across a similar subject?
Thank you very much and have a nice day

Maybe Venus and Cupid?
Re: Silver plate
Hi, I believe it to be German, recognize crescent moon & crown under the 800 mark. KW. perhaps for; Käser & Walter - Pforzheim

Based upon Faunus & Fauna. Fauna's are indeed not often seen, below a few examples.
Bronze busts of Faunus and his wife Fauna, seated on a cuboid base. Both decorated with vine leaves and grapes.
KER-XAVIER ROUSSEL (1867-1944) Faune et nymphe
Meissen Faunus mit Fauna
