A suit for $1,500 has been brought against the Howard Sterling Company by Morris Stein, who alleges breach of contract. He claims that he was engaged as salesman for a year, but that he was compelled to give up work for a while on account of illness, after which the company refused to continue him in his position. The case is being heard in the Supreme Court.
