SS maker - Sugar Bowl

What maker was SS?
You were kind enough to identify the maker of what I, and a certified appraiser, thought was an English made coffee pot, tea pot and creamer. The fourth piece in the 'set' has similar pseudo marks, but the maker is SS. Who might this be?
