Did H Aguilar use same mark on siver as copper

I have an H aguilar copper sugar and creamer set . The marks on them seem similar to 1940-1945 HA silver marks shown on this website. Did he use the same HA marks on copper and silver Are these the 1940 -45 Aguilar marks ?
