Need help identifying this silver candlestick

Need help identifying the hallmark that appears on this silver candlestick. Sold as Swedish, but I really don’t think it is.

The last hallmark indicate Cairo and a purity of 0800, right?
Any clue about the other hallmarks?

Hello Hjulben,

The 3 hallmarks are upside down but read that the item is of 900 silver from Egypt. With the blurred image of the date mark... if it has one dot in the center than it was hallmarked sometime from late 1980 to the end of 1981. If it is with two dots then it is from mid 1992 to mid 1994. Both marks say the assay office was in Cairo.

A bit late in its posting, but hope this helps someone.
