Help identify marks on crafts period plique a jour pendant

This plique a jour pendant is marked 800 on the ring of the bale. this makes me think it is european. I can not decipher the other mark on the ring.We took many shots and this is the best we could do. The pendant is 3" long to the top of the bale. the diameter of the bottom piece on the pendant is 1". All help is appreciated.
