Caddy Spoon with no Maker or Assay Office mark

I have a Caddy Spoon with no maker's mark or assay office mark.
I believe the spoon was made by Elizabeth Morley and the Hallmark is London 1798.
However, I am not sure. I know of some items made by Elizabeth Morley that do not have the maker's mark and, I used to own another caddy spoon by EM that did not have the assay office mark (it was London, 1796). The style and quality is the same as other EM spoons.

I need some help with the hallmark stamps. I think they are from London, but I am not that good at identifying the actual marks.
Would somebody have a look at the photos below and give me their opinion - or definitive answer. If it is not London, I can probably rule out Elizabeth Morley.

By the way, there are no erasures on the spoon, so the maker's mark was not rubbed off.

Yes, you're right- London 1798. Quite common for the town mark to be omitted from smallware.

It's a nice honest little piece, but I think it's pretty much impossible to perform a maker attribution for such a generic design. Many makers made this exact caddy spoon. It's probably the most common design of the period. Not to take away from it- it's a nice little spoon and from a great period!
