"TECHU SOLID SILVER" MARK
Attached are images of two items [1] Cigarette Case that looks overtly Chinese Export Silver and [2] A large tray that could be Chinese Export Silver. They both carry the silver mark for "TECHU SOLID SILVER - a mark I've never seen before or ever mentioned in the context of CES.
Anyone got any ideas?

Re: TECHU SOLID SILVER
I have never seen this Techu mark, either. For that matter, "Solid Silver" seems a bit odd on CES. I wonder if both pieces are Straits silver. The flower border looks to my eye more like a Straits motif than CES, and there are known Straits examples of the dragon-chasing-pearl.
More of an inkling than a thought; someone else may have a better lead.
