Unidentified ladle

Hello all!
This is a ladle, and I'm totally stuck. I don't know where and when made. The fineness is obvious, and help to determine a biggest region include german areas, Austria/Hungary and maybe Poland. That's all I have. The maker's mark doesn't help, I can't even read it, and the shape of the handle doesn't help either.
So I would appreciate any hint.


It's 207grams and 33 cm.

Its a German mark 13 lot a 812/1000 fine silver 19 centary
