Moscow Russian Niello Cigarette Case

Hello,

I have this beautiful niello cigarette case. I am trying to ID the maker. I understand it is .875 silver (minimum standard), Moscow city mark with the assay mark for Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks and the year 1895. The maker's mark is similar to that of Ivan Sveshnikov (years make sense), however, the cartouche shape differs. Has anyone ever seen this? Could it be another maker I am unaware of?

Хи,
Ivan Sveshnikov used ‚‚ИАС`` I think he worked until 1897.

Hello!
In the last photo - above "ИАС" - there is no other branded hallmark? May be resale?
Sveshnikov worked in the technique of niello, the pattern is similar ore close. But the cartouche is everywhere rectangular (what I saw).
Regards.

Yes,that`s the problem with the mark in an oval here.

The assay hallmark is seen as real.
Compare. The object is a salt shaker.

Next, I will show 2 items Sveshnikov - a purse and a snuffbox.
The vegetative pattern is similar. But there is one peculiarity in IAS - he worked very hard and deeply with the stylist. Uncompromising.
Removed watermarks as I could.
Regards.
