ZigZag and two hallmarks W and HI

Hi,
I have a silver cup with the famous snake skin pattern. On the bottom it is marked with three signs, two of which I cannot originate.
The zigzag-line underlines that it is most likely of German origin and dated before 1886. I assume that W stands for the year? Probably 1856? But what does HI or HJ stand for?
Kind regards,
Sprottem

Hello,
I think it is Hans Jachman (the older or the younger one) from Breslau; second half of the 17th. century.

Ringo

up to now the "HI" with dot mark from Breslau was dedicated to Hans Jachman (jun.), Master since 1681 (His father, Master since 1638 was assigned the mark "HI" without dot).
But the city mark "W" in a circle was common in the mid of the 17th. century.
So if the chronological determination of the city mark is right, it seems that "HI" with dot is most likely Hans Jachman (sen.).

Many thanks to all answers. If one is not familiar with all the signs, it is difficult to find the right trace....
