Hi, It is Dutch, the sword mark or small standard mark. The sword mark with numeral fineness 835, used 1953-today

The mark, left of the sword mark, with the number 20 (?) is a weight indication mark; the weight indication mark shows a number, to obtain the gross/net weight in grams multiply this number with 5.These weight indication marks consist of a series of 20, with the numbers 1 to 20, used 1906-present.
The maker's mark appears to be: ZZ with a hammer in the middle for; Zaanlandse Zilversmederijen n.v./b.v., registered in the cities of Haarlem & Amsterdam mark used 1920/1990 see:
