i again,
I come with a couple of sauce boats.
Again I'm not able to define the Age.
Silver is very white so It could be of an higher grade than 800. I do not nave chance to test It.
Anyway...
The boats are hand made, there are clear signs of hammering and manual finishing.
But what are the marks?
Are fantasy marks?
Many thanks for help.
Pictures coming next.

A very white object could be silver plated.
Sometimes 800/1000 silver was also plated to make it brighter.
I have never seen those marks. They don't seem to me from Turin.
Best

Interesting (?) that all three marks seem to have counterparts scattered about in Hanau Pseudos:

Mark 2 appears to be inverted and representing a "crowned P". But all marks are much cleaner versions than those of the Hanau samples.

Traintime,
many thanks for your contribution.
In this forum I learnt that multiple marks appearing ancient could be Hanau, but I was not motivated to search because I was oriented to an Italian origin of the pieceses.
Regarding the middle mark, basing on the orientation with respect to the others two, I was thinking it was an "acquasantiera" (how do you call? holy water font?) with the initials of the maker, initials like a monogram L vertical and C horizontal. I don't know If I explained myself...
But effectively rotating the image upside down it could be what you say.
In the Hanau marks that you linked there is a bull head too but not toghether with the lilium and the crowned P...
other question is: why is the one upside down with respect to the others?
Could be an homage to Hanau silver?
From where, from who?
many thatnks for now
If you or somebody else have additional hint I'm here

the other boat has marks that are more worn or not well punched, but the overall appearence of the piece is sparkling, maybe polished...
