Re: Need help with unknow hallmarks
I was expecting someone to answer this interesting question and I am a little surprised that after a week no one has answered.
A doubt arises: is it really certain that it is solid silver?

clean the marks - spit on them and let it rest, then clean vil a soft piece of cloth.
The mark would be french - at least ´makers mark is.
