It’s A gold etruscan revival bracelet 1880 ish untread rubies and enamel. If I had to guess Italian or Austrian.

Hi,
Possibly Greek Delta Upsilon maker (rotate the mark anti-clockwise 90 degrees).
Italy and Austria had well established hallmarking system, not seen here.
750 for 18K indicates 20th century.
