Hello,
I recently saw this marking on item in Ireland.
I know pretty well UK marks, but Ireland no so well.
And I cannot find any irish maker with this mark.
Can someone help for its identification.
Please excuse me if this not put in right section of forum.

I didn't see typical abbreviations of EPNS or A1, so I didn't thought it was plated.
Re: Interesting and unknown silver mark
This may well be an example of close-plated work, the predecessor to electro-plate.
