Maybe some better photos could help but in first sight seems fake marks to me.

Hi,
I agree with Krisztián; Radpunze looks suspicious (arrow). There is another mark (circle).
Besides, the engraved decor of this kind is almost never seen in 1861 Vienna late Biedermeier (neo baroque or Wiener Rosensilber decor).
That`s the reason we ask for the image of the item, not only marks.

Here are the original hallmarks from 1851 and 1861.

The differences are obvious.
And I don't want to guess when and how become a fake one.
