I got this very interested scissors recently in Canada. It has marks of ABD in two conjoined circles, 925 in circle, a mark of London assay office and letter O, meaning this is a foreign made piece with British silver import mark, the London office mark in particular, and date marked in 1929. My question would be like, if I am correct so far? what is it originated or if the ABD the import agent or the maker of it? is there similar piece exist for reference? Please comment.

You have interpreted the hallmark correctly. ABD is Adolph Barsach Davis, a well known importer of foreign silver; there is no way of knowing their origin. These scissors are known as grape scissors - note particularly the vine and grape decoration.
