Can anyone translate the marks that are etched in the oval black onyx please? Thank you!
The words are Arabic but are used in both Persian and Urdu
To the left "al hakim" الحكيم and to the right "al 'azim" العظيم
In a religious context, both are names or attributes of God/Allah
"Al hakim" means "the wise one" and "al azim" means "the magnifcent"
