Håndarbeid 830S WB (or WTB?) mark on silver bowl

Any thoughts on maker? Norwegian? From my mother's estate.

Linguistically for ``hand made``, it is Norway. Between W and B could be a hammer.

Thank you! Looks like it is Wilhelm Binder. The hammer was the key!

Thank you! Looks like it is Wilhelm Binder. The hammer was the key! Not sure why the Norwegian word if he is German. Possibly early in career or made for a Norwegian company?

Hello, the absence of halfmoon and crown, the addition of S (Silber/silver/sölv) and the addition of words like Germany, handmade and others like on this piece all point at a genuine German object made after WW II (in this case by BInder) and meant for export. Regards, Bahner
