Mexican Cups Eagle Number + Maker

Good afternoon,

I'm not that experienced with Mexican silver so I hope the experts know, from what I can tell:

Eagle 33
Sterling
Mechden Mexico
925
Fralian?

I wonder if there is a list available or explanation on the numbers inside the Eagle, I have seen all kind of numbers, but what do they mean?
Im also not sure about the makers name, so far no luck on the name, as it's probably mistyped. (but tried many variations)

Hecho en Mexico is ``Made in Mexico`` in Castellano (Spanish).
Eagle numbers are very inconsistent.
