Sugar Sifting Spoon

Hi, I am new to American silver, so apologies in advance for my naivety on the subject. I have a silver sugar sifting spoon and I was hoping someone might be able to clarify its maker and year of manufacture, as there seems to be no way of telling the date. Any advice from any experienced people would be hugely appreciated. Photos attached. I was thinking 'Hamilton & Hamilton' but I am not at all sure. Thank you all in advance.

This is neither American nor silver. It's an English electroplate mark of the Birmingham company Hukin & Heath.
