Hello. Does anyone have information on this maker: G.M.SCH? Thank you in advance!
G.M.SCH maker of silver notebook
Re: G.M.SCH maker of silver notebook
Hello, not a maker's mark but the abbreviation for "Gebrauchs Muster Schutz", meaning that the mechanism is protected by German copyright laws. The maker*s mark is the animal in an oval, turned by 90 degrees, possibly Gebrueder Kuehn from Schwaebisch-Gmuend. They are known for having made such floral art nouveau objects. Regards Bahner
