Hi John,
The makers mark "CFC" was registered by Carlman Silversmith of Stockholm, Sweden between 1957 and 2003.
However, your vase is marked "Z8", which is the swedish yearmark for 1950 (see dognose's link), and between 1945 and 1961 Carlmans officially registered mark was "CFC SAB", not just "CFC".
I'd still vote for Carlman as the maker though, it seems a reasonable assumption.
The other marks are the swedish hallmark Tre Kronor (Three Crowns), the additional silver mark S in a hexagonal shape (in use 1913 - 1988), and the town mark of Stockholm (depicting Stockholms patron saint St. Erik).
