I wonder if anyone can identify these marks on a marrow scoop.

Crown with letter V, RH, Crown over Lion Rampant, XXX, I, and a tiny mark featuring a swan.

RH, we think is Roelof Helweg Keur

Crown over lion rampant we know means a minimum silver content of .934

Any help would be appreciated and would we be correct it dates maybe 1790-1800 or there abouts, all online date letters we have found only seem to go back to 1814 so I believe this to be earlier.

Roelof Helweg (1758-1843), silversmith in Amsterdam between 1778 and 1843 with the maker's marks; RH in oval, RH under a fish and RH under a spoon (after 1812).
Guild period, town mark for Amsterdam, year letter I (serifs) for 1793, lion rampant under crown, standard mark province Holland for silver 934/000

A bit lost on the RH under a fish, the example you showed does not have that nor does this marrow scoop. A bit lost on that part?

Roelof Helweg, he used three different master marks in his lifetime. See Helweg's marks;
