Hi, Please if you can help me identify the Russian Silversmith in the cup holder and the spoons and also who can tell me what it says in the engraving of this Cup Holder.

This is Moscow, assayer Anatoly Artsibashev (А.А), master Vasily Baladanov (В.Б). See his clear mark on the attached scan.
The engraving "На память старому другу" means "For memory to old friend".
