This little coffee spoon bears the kokoshnik mark 1897-1908 with the assayer's initials AA and a maker's mark in cyryllic "sch" "ja". I couldn't find neither the assayer nor the maker.

Yes this is Шлиома Янкелиович (Shlioma Jankeliovitsh/Jakovitshin/Jalovcinas, diff. surname versions...) in Vilnius/Latvia. He was born 10.10.1856, master 2.8.1864 and died 1908? (incorrect working years in Postnikova #217. He used this mark 1896(9)-1908?, but also other punches like Ш.ЯЛОВЦИНЪ and Ш·I.ЯЛОВЦИНЪ.

Ahhhhh, sorry forgot: The assayer AA is Anatoli Apollonovich Artsibaschew, active in Vilna 1884-1888.
