My eyes are dim I can't make out all the detail but if your description is correct the 'n' for Sheffield is 1905/06 and the maker could be Frank Cobb. 1912/13 is a 'u' which can easily be mistaken for an 'n' but from what I can make out it is an 'n'.

Hi, your piece is hallmarked for 1905/6 the maker's mark looks like William Hutton & Sons. It is probably a vinegar and oil set for salad dressing.
