The date letter, an "H" in script, looks like 1980. Your piece was assayed in London (the cat's face). I don't recognise the maker ("KS") I'm afraid.

The style looks rather like a barroque imitation, perhaps based on something from colonnial Mexico?

Your marks are not the official hallmarks for Scotland - so almost certainly your dagger is silver-plate. And generally silverplate marks do not indicate date.

Sorry to disappoint you, but these marks don't sound like sterling silver. If it were I would expect to find a lion, a crown and a letter, all in different stamps. So I guess it is silver-plate.

I'm probably paranoid, but is the handle upside down to the bowl? Generally I expect to see initials or monograms on the "bottom" from continental silver. And, in your photo, there does seem to be some evidence of repair/tampering in the centre of the stem???????? Perhaps I'm just paranoid...

Your first mark ooks like the maker's mark, possibly "WB" - in which case William Beates of Dublin may be a contender. He seems to have specialised in spoons and was working in the 1750s.
