Hi Cheryl, It is large...The bracelet too. IT has no opening tho..6 3/4" circumference... The purse is 3 1/4" 3 3/4".
I thought cigarette, too.. I guess 20's would make sense since women smoked like fiends back then..:)

This mark is in the "Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks"! It has been around since eh eagle hallmark days. It says this artists represents Taxco! That is all I can find. If you google RJP, quite a bit can be found. Research may find you an answer...
